Existing community

Our initial WAIV token launch was received very well and there is a budding community of 10k+ token holders eagerly anticipating the launch of the platform. Social channels on Telegram and Twitter are active and we anticipate this core community to be the first to onboard on to the platform.

Building on Algorand and being the first streamlined Web3 social platform in the ecosystem provides us with a great opportunity to become the social hub for the Algorand community. As a grant recipient from the Algorand Foundation, we aim to work closely with this growing ecosystem. Existing Algo wallet holders will have a streamlined onboarding process and ease of entry to Waivlength.

Whitelisting and Referral programs

Ahead of the launch of the Waivlength Beta, we have whitelisted >150k users who are patiently waiting for their opportunity to test the Dapp. When Waivlength has been thoroughly tested and is ready for full launch, we hope to retain a core group of this whitelist to form an intial user base.

There will be rewards available for successfully referring new users to the platform. When a new user signs up using this unique referral code, the referrer will enjoy a kick-back and will be rewarded accordingly within the social consensus protocol, improving their opportunity to earn.

Beyond artists and content-creators, high-profile celebrities, sports stars, public figures and influencers garner a large audience and use their social platforms to connect with their fan-base. We will be reaching out to many of these individuals with an opportunity to partner and become early brand ambassadors for Waivlength where they can set up their community messaging servers to reach their fans and communicate.

Our Tokenomics have been arranged to include a pool of tokens allocated for early collaborators who match the ethos of the platform to strike up a partnership.

Crypto projects

There is huge potential for collaborations with other crypto and blockchain projects. Linking your crypto wallet to your Waivlength profile will allow smooth interoperability with any other integrated projects building on Algorand. We see great opportunities for integrating with some emerging blockchain projects, whether it be gaming, NFTs or any other sector. These collaborations can be mutually beneficial to both parties and can serve to integrate two communities together.

Waivlength's support of token-gated servers also make them a great space for NFT projects to host their community discussions and move their Web3 communities from the Web2 hubs of Discord, Telegram and Twitter to a platform which embodies the ethos of what they support.
